If you need to contact the Board office, we strongly recommend that any documents be sent by mail in a manner that allows you to track and confirm receipt. We do not accept forms and applications by fax or email for several reasons:

  1. Multiple copies of the same form extend the processing time,
  2. Protection of your privacy,
  3. Mail allows you to use return-receipt to verify delivery of paperwork, and
  4. Status of an application may not be provided over the phone or by email.

We receive more than 250 calls on an average day. Calls are returned in the order in which they are received. Calls to inquire about status and other information that may be obtained on the website will not be returned. Calling, emailing and/or faxing an inquiry more than once will delay your response. Please contact the Board Office once and allow 48 business hours before re-contacting the Board.

We have attempted to provide as much information as possible on this website. If you have questions, please review the information on the website first and then take a second look. Sometime answers to your questions may be located in several locations.

When you have thoroughly utilized the website and still need to contact us, please provide the following information in a brief voice mail:

  • Your full name
  • Your license number (if applicable)
  • Your contact phone number
  • Specific information or questions about the nature of your call, and
  • Please slowly repeat your phone number at the end of your message.

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday and 9am – 3pm on Friday (Eastern Time). Please keep in mind that the Board office receives over 250 calls per day with a staff of four. We appreciate your call and will return each call in the order received with the exception of calls that request the status of an application as this information may be obtained on our website at www.ncblpc.org . No personal information, including Board decisions or application status, will be given over the phone, by fax, or via email.

Email: ncblpc@mgmt4u.com General inquiries only. Requests for status will not be viewed, as this information may be obtained on the website. Forms may not be submitted by email and any email attempting to submit documentation will be deleted on receipt.
