Application Update

This section is for Applicants to review remaining requirements for licensure.  Only Active Applications will be accessible.  Once an application has expired, been denied, or licensed, this information will no longer be available.  A login and password will be mailed to all applicants once their application has been posted on-line.  If you have misplaced this information, you may contact the board via email to receive it again. ncblpc@mgmt4u.com

 

The Application Update Form needs to open in a new window.  If a new window does not appear when you submit your username and password you will need to direct your internet browser to allow for pop ups from this site. To view the .pdf requires popups to be enabled. IF YOU GET AN ERROR BAR AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN when you try to view the .pdf, just right click on the message and select the option to "permanently allow popups," to continue getting the .pdf.
